Ages 5-8: Confidence Series

A 6-month confidence-building program for children aged 5 to 8. Each month focuses on a core pillar of the M.E.R.C.I.L.E.S.S. framework — from building a strong foundation to becoming a complete, confident young person. Through age-appropriate activities, stories, and reflection, children learn to believe in themselves, embrace effort, and carry confidence on and off the court. Each month includes a coach video tailored to that month's confidence theme.
