A 6-month confidence and leadership development program for children aged 9 to 12. Each month goes deeper into a core M.E.R.C.I.L.E.S.S. pillar — exploring what it means to stay stable under pressure, build through repetition, develop self-awareness, find courage, and lead with integrity. Students reflect, set goals, and apply each theme to real situations in sports and everyday life. Each month includes a coach video aligned to that month's confidence theme.
